A Career Built in Dentistry
Stephanie began her career as a Dental Nurse, developing the clinical knowledge, patient care skills and professionalism that form the foundation of every successful dental practice. Through dedication and a passion for developing others, she progressed into a Practice Manager role, where she was responsible for leading teams, recruiting staff and supporting apprentices as they developed their careers.
Reflecting on her time as a Practice Manager, Stephanie says:
"When I was a Practice Manager, I gained extensive experience in managing the dental team, recruiting new staff, and supporting apprentices throughout their training. I found great satisfaction in helping individuals develop their skills and confidence, and I believed that investing in people was one of the most important factors in building a successful practice."
